I’m not sure if I posted this already, but man this table plays tough and punishing. I have to nudge after just about every gate shot, just like the real deal.
Great job to all

November 19, 2019 at 8:00 pm #151674Absolutely loving this incredible table! But the one thing I’ve noticed is that the ball moving around on the table seems super quiet compared to other tables I’ve been playing. Is this something that I need to adjust myself? Sorry for the dumb question but I’m a big newbie to Virtual Pinball! :)

November 19, 2019 at 11:28 pm #151682Ball rolling sounds from the example table is very low. If you like it higher. The easiest way is to open table. Go to sound manager, find fx_ballrolling* and delete them all. Then download Jaws table and find the same samples. Now instead of delete, select them all and export them to a temporary folder. On the origiinal table you choose the same files via import. Filenames should be the same so it should work right away. You might actually find that the new ones are too strong. On line 1739 in the 1.1 version of this table – you find this line :
Vol = Csng(BallSpeed(ball) ^2 / 2000)
You can change the 2000 to a different number – higher number and the sound gets lowered. Remember to save and exit completely in between your test runs.

November 20, 2019 at 2:56 am #151701There is also an easy way to alter ball rolling sound in the script line 14. Change the rolling sound factor to match your preference.

November 20, 2019 at 3:22 am #151704Hi Skitso and Thalamus!
Thank you both so much for your help! I’ll definitely have a play with the settings on my cab to get them to my liking!!
Thanks again for your brilliant efforts with this table. This is definitely my favourite Visual Pinball X table of all now!! ?

November 20, 2019 at 3:49 am #151706@skitso : VolumeDial does not touch the ballrolling volume at all.
Only flippers, targets, apron, rubber, postrubbers, metalhit, plastichit, gate, woodhit and metalhit uses that constant.

November 20, 2019 at 3:57 am #151707@thalamus : RollingSoundFactor that is set on line 14 sure does alter the ball rolling sound volume. Check the line 1793.

November 23, 2019 at 12:46 am #151893Incredible! I have certainly enjoyed the previous versions and my thanks go out to the many talented individuals who have contributed their talents to MM as well as other tables. However, I loaded this table tonight and cannot stop playing it. As others have mentioned it just feels “right”. Thank you!

November 24, 2019 at 2:27 pm #152008Wow I thought that was Rudy’s eye somehow. But then the team name would need “1972” I guess?

November 24, 2019 at 4:42 pm #152026I thought that too! Really looking forward to this. TZ is one of a few tables that I just can’t play on my under powered set up… but so many of the latest releases like this MM from skitso and even Flupper’s TOTAN are. So keeping fingers crossed.
