Hello all you great souls in this fantastic community. :) (such a suck up. lol)
ok issue 1:
the transparent loading isnt working for me. bottom half goes black when loading starts.
Im sure i just missed a setting somewhere most likely, or did i mess something up. Its a fresh install of everything including windows. Dedicated PinCab build.
Issue 2:
I can record the playfield just fine in the Popper menu. But not the DMD on Tron. Only game installed atm with Pup-Pack. Is it because im using the Virtual DMD? Is there a way to record this?
These are the last issue I believe I have. Then I can start building the collection up. Oh……… and playlist themes. :)

Yes you missed a setting, Go back and review the Ark Set up including the images
If you are using an LCD for the DMD it should record the playfield, back glass and DMD
Try the PopperAutoRecord.exe in the PinUPsystem folder

Ok ran through the whole instructions again for Ark Set UP. Same thing. All settings are correct.
Could it have anything to do with the version of VLC player? I though I read something about the newest causing issues?
I just went threw @terryred video tutorial. I really do believe eveything is correct. Im stumped.

Popper auto record did not work for the virtual DMD. no dmd at all.
But that is an amazing little tool.

ok so i just discovered that the pinuprecordings will only record the playfield on monitor 1. It wont record anything on monitor 2. ex DMD BG TOPPER. could it be my recorder ini file?
Still have the transparency issue as well. Been trying different things all night.

With 1.40 and above the VLC is Built-in and the one you have will not matter1.40

Yes i did. Im using gtx970 so it was pretty straight forward with the instructions provided.

Regarding the issue recording Im not to concerned atm. I updated to 1.42 and am able to get files from the library easy enough.
Regarding the issue with the T-arc Black BG not being transparent. it is still happening. Now before you say “You missed something go do it again” I have reinstalled the whole PinUp System from scratch 4 times now. Following every direction to the T. Including following Mr.Frechies most recent tutorials on youtube. I can consider myself very good at following directions, (double and triple checking things), clearly if its something im doing wrong then I keep doing it.
If anyone out there can help and point me in the right direction for the cause of this. I would be greatly excited and appreciative. Surely Im not the only one in this hobby that has experienced this.Even if this doesnt get resolved I am greatful for all the help so far in getting my system up and running. You guys are amazing.

OMG @outhere. Thanks for making me go take some screen shots of all my settings. Noticed nvidia wasn’t saving my second monitor settings. Changed them again and did a restart right away. and all settings kept this time, and guess what????????? BAM it worked. So i must have missed the settings weren’t sticking. and I know better than to change graphic settings and not reboot. LMFAO. Thank YOU, Thank You, Thank YOU. I could Kiss you. lol
The wife will be so happy now for her fav Pinball looks so good.

Dose it show that it wants to record the Backglass, DMD and playfield?

Also make sure the settings are set correctlyOk so….. I gave it a try and all recordings are working.
Only issue is that the DMD recording is slightly cut off at the bottom. Only by about the 5 bottom rows of the Virtual DMD.
Is there a max size for the DMD? Cause I have mine quite large. 1600 x 400

@outhere It works flawless now. Thank you. It wasnt the size, but it was the position. It was just slightly off from the Virtual DMD settings. Set them exactly the same and perfection. Thanks so much for your time and help My friend.
