New Alias feature sam 3.3

Hey sorry if this is a repost but this is for those who didn’t already know…I was unaware of this new feature in sam build 3.3 thought it was pretty easy way to manage tables that you want to run with a pup pack and a backglass or different pup packs etc.

From whatsnewVPM.txt:

– If you create a VPMAlias.txt file in the VPinMAME folder, it will alias an input rom name to the specified (real) rom. Format example:
mytallica,mtl_180hc
myacdc,acd_170hc
This can be used to allow to use different PUP or DOF profiles per game (for reskins and such).

Hey Thalamus thanks for the link…also for dof as mentioned the alias has to be similar to the original rom for it to initiate I learned eg: jupk_5131,jupk_513
