No PuPCapture found: nothing to do?

Hi guys, I’m having some issues re. Pup packs not loading.
Had it all working with latest update on a single screen, but not working on dual monitor cab. (Regular b2s tables run fine)

eg. Loading Tron…

Puplog… “No PuPCapture found:  nothing to do”

Pup pack is located in …PinUpSystem/PUPVideos/trn_174h
There is a pupcapture folder within trn_174h which contains the appropriate files (as mentioned, it all worked prior to moving to dual screen cab).

Not sure why pup packs won’t load now (only displays desktop on BG monitor). Any pointers or ideas would be appreciated.

Additional info:
Only additional thing is I added tightVNC, then uninstalled VNC after reading Nailbuster’s troubleshooting guide. Everything else is unchanged from previous working setup… B2s plug-in active and working, freezy 1.7.1, use external… etc.
Normal B2s tables load fine on the new setup, it’s only the puppacks not loading. Been through every setting in Nailbuster’s troubleshooting guide and nothing changed when moved to cab.

-Activate Plugins in b2s server

-use freezy 1.71 and dont forget to set this in your dmddevice.ini

What do you mean by ‘moving’ to cab?  Same PC or diff PC?  Most of vpinball software cannot be copied….needs to be installed.

Been through Nailbuster’s troubleshooting 3 times now…all of this is setup correctly, including the config with additional pinup line enabled.

Hi Nailbuster.. same PC

• Updated to your latest system with TARC and everything worked beautifully (inc. PupPack tables ie. Tron)
• Then I installed tightVNC and moved the same computer from my desk into the cab (cab runs x3 screens (with real DMD))
• re ran display setup for new screens. Normal B2s tables run fine… only PupPacks don’t load (shows desktop on Backglass monitor with these tables)
• Puplog… “No PuPCapture found:  nothing to do”
• Went through your toubleshooting guide –> uninstalled tightVNC, killed other background processes, checked plugin, config etc…no joy

edit: +enabled real dmd in config

if you’re on v1.4.1 on PinUP Popper theres a PopperDoctor.exe you can run to try and help troubleshoot in pinupsystem.

Reinstalled everything from scratch, works perfectly! I’ll blame VNC (which is mentioned in your troubleshooting  :good:)
Hands down the best system out there man. THANK YOU!
