Hello I purchased some Pal Nuts Product ID: 02-3000_n Pal Nut – Nylon, from Pinball Life for my cabinet and they keep coming off while playing a game, I think vibration works them loos from the flipper threads. Anyone have a solution for this I was thinking of adding lock tit or something to it or a dab of hit glue, but I wanted to hear opinions first, I ordered extra and they all seem to have the same issue. I thought I had one that was a manufactures defect but they all work loose after about 50 games.

While I’ve not had this problem, I deal with fasteners of all types every day and am not a fan of glue. Maybe loctite-blue. But I would first be sure that all the threads are clean, smooth and free of any burs and that it’s tightening down all the way. My next move would be to try a couple star washers.
