PinUP fresh install, nothing happens

I just completed the full install per Nailbuster instructions. Trying to run Attack from Mars with Pup pack but I load the table and nothing happens. Went through Terry’s video twice but still no difference. The PUPLOG is there and appears ok:

Any suggestions of what to try next?

When you were setting things up did you register your displays with pinupPlayerConfigDisplays?
