PinUpMenu Shortcut Launches Screens With Incorrect Aspect Ratio

I have PinUpMenu.exe set to run as Administrator. 

All blocks/virus checking etc. is disabled.
All screens in PinUpPlayer.ini set to video aspect wide/high = 0

Whenever I launch PinUpMenu via a batch script, shortcut, or taskbar shortcut my media defaults to its native aspect ratio instead of “filling” the screen it is assigned to.
Only when I launch PinUpMenu.exe directly from the PinUpSystem folder by clicking on it will my media fill my screens as defined in the PinUpPlayer.ini file.
I appreciate any advice, thanks in advance!
