PinVol wont start on startup

Hi All

 

I cant get PinVol to run on windows startup

 

I have followed the instructions on the website: http://mjrnet.org/pinscape/PinVol.html

I dont have the start button on my version of Win10

I use run and enter either: %AppData%\microsoft\windows\start menu\programs\startup or shell:startup.  (it seems to do the same thing)

I have tried running pinvol as admin.  No luck

The attached shows the startup directory on the PC I am posting from.  This is not my pincab.  My pincab has the shortcut to PinVol inside the startup directory.
