Q*bert’s Quest (Gottlieb 1983)
Here is a strange table from Gottlieb. They were definitely thinking out of the box during this era. Q*bert’s Quest features four flippers and a figure eight layout. Gameplay is pretty straightforward: complete pyramids and stop the bad guys.
Resources were all redrawn from scratch for this version.
I recommend entering the F6 menu and changing Game Mode to extra ball.

Yeah I hear ya. Is release mad scientist I started over a year ago if I had lights better done by someone so I know how it goes

Brilliantly executed Bord, looks beautiful, crisp visuals, great colors and plays really well. Love this silly game, was hoping to have it in VPX one day, you certainly made it worth the wait. Many thanks for all your hard work and sharing your talents with our community!

Haven’t seen this one IRL but it’s a ‘different’ lay-out with the flippers like that.

Thank you Bord. Just had a few rounds and I must say I was pleasantly surprised. It looks and plays very nice. I will definitely come back to this one. Will google around, hoping to find a video explaining exactly how this table is supposed to be played.
