That’s an ongoing issue a few like you and me get. Easy fix though, select save as, rename the extension to .zip or .rar (whatever was showing on their download page) and save locally. Then go to wherever you downloaded it, extract it there and it should be fine (it’s possible it named the file .zip.txt, just remove the .txt and you should then be able to extract it)

Hi, wanted to let you guys know that this “Red and Ted’s Road show” is a truly piece of art, recreated so wonderfully. Below you see your table build into my background with DMD/Speakers, made this especially cause I’m a desktop player. Thank you very much, already had tons of fun with the table, the physics rock too.

ROM opens fine in Visual PinMAME standalone,
After disabling exclusive fullscreen mode, DMD gets rendered.
Switching back to exclusive fullscreen it gives the same error message again. Other tables seem to work fine, it’s just this one

I recommend deleting the rom entry in registry and download the latest vpm. For the latest two released vpm’ from Carny, the default value for ddraw is switched from what it used to be and I applaude DjRobX for making the change. I’m sure we will see much less questions where ddraw at least is the culprit. Do know though. If you pr. example have started the rom just once before the update. The default value will be saved with the opposite value of what you most probably want. If you still have problems. Rename nvram and try again.
