arrgh..do you know that feeling? You slightly remember a part of a playfield but dont remember what table that was? I remember sth like a “soup bowl” in the upper right corner – you could shoot at it and then the ball is having rounds and rounds in it until it fell down in the middle – there was a counter and after a certain number of “rounds” you got a reward or flashin light or sth. Unfortunately I have played just one round or so in a hurry… might have been an original or recreation. Any suggestions? Thanks so much – it hurts when your own brain

“Taxi” is a very good guess
, but if I remeber right, you could shoot at it during the game, not with the plunger solely.“Diner” as well, but it does not count the rounds…thanks so far!!

And that “feeling” is what led me to finding vp. Was searching a pic thread on pinside for a pin I only vaguely remembered from high school when I spotted a pic of someone’s vp cab. I had no idea about this community before then. And I found that pin a few months ago when I stumbled on Bord’s Paragon. Saw the playfield and BOOM!! Hope you find it.

Sounds a lot like Diner to me also. I know its not a bowl but a cup. you have to hit the right ramp a few times to enable it. It then counts each spin for a bonus score.

ipdb lists that feature as a”whirl-pool” but I don’t think you can do a search on there for tables that utilize one. It’s a feature I’ve always liked and while I don’t think these tables come as close as Taxi to the op’s description, I believe Bugs Bunny and White Water have them as well. I’ll be curious to know what table it was when you find it makmak!

still not the one
 – I am already thinking I might have dreamed of a table…soup bowl or cup sth. like that – not that clear memory… but most likely on the upper right side – for a second I thought Mustang could have been the one, but then I realized I do not know this table at all. nevertheless many thanks for your thoughts and guesses!

leider nein und nein. Transporter isnt published yet, or? I am sure it was an already available VPX-table. More the style like the one of surf´n safari, but a smaller “pot”. Also not a “pyramid” as in the PinBot. I do not recall the theme unfortunately, maybe some childish stuff like “hurricane” “hotshots” “jolly park” or car/racing, I dont remember. Hopefully I will stumble over it again some day. The surf´n safari whirlpool is very very close to what I am looking for…
