      i will delete those lines… i think everyone could choise if they want pup or not, without more script. It deserve our work…

      If it makes error delete the 2 lines with PupHide.

          Salut j’ai une erreur à la ligne 607 une fois que je commence une partie:

          I got an error each time i launch a game

          Script error line 607 – variable non define ; Update material

          line 607:

          UpdateMaterial “Flashermaterial” & nrr,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,RGB(255,255,255),0,0,False,True,0,0,0,0

          i found i think the pb : other line are in “comments” mode with ‘

          i Add the ‘ and it s ok ;)

          well the correct syntax for me :

          ‘                          UpdateMaterial “Flashermaterial” & nrr,0,0,0,0,0,0,1,RGB(255,255,255),0,0,False,True,0,0,0,0

          if it can help someone who got the same pb ;)

            @kust : If you change that, well, then the flasher materials won’t work. It would be better to update your VP and actually fix the issue that way.

                              The new vbs are in the final version of VP 10.6.

                              but be careful not to leave old versions lying around in the Table folder for example. All vbs must be in the script  folder, and unprotected.

                                Is this a rom, or something, which I do have, very odd?

                                 

                                ok sorted it, just rem’d it out and other weird lines like — UpdateMaterial “Flashermaterial” & nr,0,0,0,0,0,0,FlashLevelb(nr),RGB(255,255,255),0,0,False,True,0,0,0,0  that forced it to hang as well – works well now lol

                                  Like Sixtoe said in the other thread. I believe that your issue is related to a slightly out of date 10.6. Please upgrade to 10.6.1, I remember there where some bug fixes late in 10.6 that was related to these kind of errors.

                                    Indeed, “updatematerial” was a new function that was added for 10.6 that lets you dynamically control a primitives material and fluppers new flashers use this, so *any* table that uses fluppers flashers (i.e. most newer tables) will throw up this error. I’ve got pretty used to seeing it now as most things I’m involved with use it ;)
