As the title says, is SSF better suited for a full-size cab or can it work just as well for mid-size (32″ playfield)?

I recommend it for any setup actually. Go for it.

I actually just did this in my twilight zone mid-size I built, and it feels amazing. I used Star trek next gen as my test table and with my eyes closed it feels real, definitely worth the investment.

I have a 32” playfield on my counter top vp (which is a work in progress – no pc yet)
good to know. I would like to add ssf someday if it is not to hard.

SSF is maybe one of the easiest installs there is.

I ended up doing a full size 49″ cab build in the end. SSF is freakin’ amazeballs!

I put SSF on a bartop cab with a 20″ playfield. I just used two exciters and merged the front/rear channels. It’s fantastic. I wouldn’t build a virtual pin of any size without SSF.
