Thanks! That was all done in photoshop, and believe it or not the font on those decals is the much maligned Comic Sans. I thought it was a pretty good match to the text that was in the real comic clips. I likely squished or stretched the font a bit to get it how I wanted.

June 2, 2018 at 1:20 pm #87195Just a heads up. Last night I was working on a nice high score, when I activated multiball, I ended up draining both balls right in a row. When that happened I was never given a new ball and was forced to restart the table. Not sure what happened.

June 2, 2018 at 1:23 pm #87197hmm, havent’ seen that, but haven’t played it much lately either. did you happen to try nudging? I wonder if one never made it to the drain. it’s been a long time so I’ll have to spend some time seeing what I did there.

June 5, 2018 at 4:27 pm #87658I did try to nudge the table no luck. I mean it was one right after the other when they drained.

July 3, 2019 at 5:53 pm #135352Is this considered EM or SS? I am still learning to differentiate between the two.

July 3, 2019 at 6:00 pm #135354SS has digital scoring and EM has mechanical wheels for scoring. Easiest way to tell. Other than that EMs are all mechanical inside and SS is run by circuit boards

July 3, 2019 at 6:01 pm #135355So as Tom says this one would be considered EM, the Redux version would be SS.

July 4, 2019 at 2:27 am #135380It has already been explained I guess. But as a second rule of thumb. Think of the game “Spirit of 76” – it was made in both EM and SS. By the very end of 1975, work on Solid State began and you can say that anything pre 1976 is an EM. It is no exact, According to ipdb, Bally released a SS in late 74. There is of course some variations between the companies.

August 7, 2020 at 12:05 pm #194384BorgDog, the conception and story are great. the execution is even better. i’m just into this hobby 2 weeks i’ve gone from 1 screen squashed mode into an upgraded GPU 3 screen with upright playfield (my “pin lab”), and setting my plans for a cab build. Tables like this one make me think that pinball will be the 1 truly timeless arcade game that my dad, me, and my son can always play together. THANK YOU!
