Strange problem with real dmd in pinuppopper

I have a very strange problem with my Pin2DMD while I’m using Pinuppopper.
All the media manager video read in my DMD are blur. Like if all the leds are turned in white (not very bright). I can see the video on the dmd but the normal black background (so when leds are off) is now in pale white. So the video appears in fade colors.
But as soon as I select the table I chose in popper, when the table is launched, the dmd works then perfectly in vpx (the black is black).
So I discard a hardware problem. It’s really just with popper.
According to you, where can I should point to find an answer ?

i use vpx 10.6
DMDdevice.ini ? What is the process for pinuppopper to read the dmd videos ? They are all mp4, may be VLC settings ?
I asked everywhere in french group, but no one found a solution for me. That’s why I ask the community.
