If you have sainsmart that is “normal” and one of the reasons I do not use sainsmart. Now I think you can disable init on the sainsmart so it don’t do it but someone else would need to reply with how to disable that

Perhaps pinscape does it too? Not sure but I do know you can disable it. You really shoul use a separate switching supply for toys also
