Surround sound

Hi,

I have surround sound speakers in my home I purchased. The 5 wires are in a closet ceiling in a lower level closet. I have all of my music on my laptop. What do I need to do to be able to play my music from my laptop throughout my home?
Please help.

I didn’t find the right solution from the Internet.

The only way I have been able to do it is by using the old SPDIF, either wire or fiberoptic.
