https://vpinball.com/VPBdownloads/tarcisio-style-wheels/
Here’s a work-in-progress collection of 200+ wheels that I’ve cobbled together, just to make my Pinup Popper menu look a little more consistent.
None of these are really my own work; I’ve just knocked these up with a few resources I found floating around, so all credit goes to the original authors.
Some I’m pretty happy with, some I’m not, but they serve their purpose.
These are mostly images for which I couldn’t find an existing Tarcisio-style wheel, so as I find others, I’ll add them here.

March 29, 2019 at 6:32 pm #121015Hi OneGentleman,
I find the easiest way is with Paint.Net (https://www.getpaint.net/).
I stumbled across a brilliant overview by Nailbuster on YouTube recently (https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UTy-QDX2sf8), which perfectly demonstrates the process (thanks Nailbuster! ).

April 3, 2019 at 6:44 pm #122488Hi OneGentleman,
I mostly use Paint.Net (https://www.getpaint.net/), but occasionally I use an old version of Paint Shop Pro (mainly for image rotation, since Paint.Net is fairly limited).
