What a great job on this table, very realistic.  I especially love tables that go the extra distance to put the side walls and reflections. Just looks amazing
I do have an older video card and was getting stutter from the flashers. I had to go and uncheck the visible block for all the PF flashers. I am also just running a static image on the backglass in pinballx. Still looks great and no stutter

FYI…if you get compile or strange memory errors on loading, try lowering this setting in vpx display settings.

I apologize if this is a stupid question, is it possible to get the *THING* lighting to show please?
On layer 2 is a “grill” check that as visible and then adjust your camera view to include it in your screen. They should still be there.

I know I’m overlooking something in my haste to start playing this beautiful table, but I keep getting rom (“taf_l7”) error. I’ve checked rom contents and they match what should be there after testing it. but keeps telling me it is invalid. And yes, I have just installed the latest beta (3653). Any ideas?

@schmoker perhaps start table in non exclusive as a pop up opens on first start and maybe thats your issue?

Thank you for your suggestion randr, but I did try that as well without any change. I downloaded the rom again just to make sure my original wasn’t corrupted in some way. I’m not brand new to this “hobby”/obsession. I’ve been enjoying visual pinball tables for quite some time now and that’s why I’m so frustrated. I don’t know what I’m missing… Like everyone else, I’ve so been waiting for this table to be released and here I am still standing on the sideline. Ugh. I will entertain all suggestions. Thanks much.

Just to make sure you’ve done everything:
Redownload the rom once again and before starting the table with it delete every file that belongs to the rom (cfg; nvram) plus the registry entry. Then try again.
Maybe the problem is a leftover from the old table?

Thanks to Nailbuster and Randr for the help! lowering the video setting worked. Im running a 1070ti, don’t know why I had to lower, but still looks amazing! thanks again for an awesome table, and a bunch of super smart and talented people here in this community! its a great time to be alive!
