This Pup-Pack is the result of being off of work for a little bit during the pandemic

Nice upgrade to the table.  Thanks.  I did notice a bit more ball stutter though, but it’s been a while since I’ve played the table so maybe i’m imagining things.

I’m new so pretty sure it’s something i’m doing wrong, but anyone know what might be causing the main pup player bg videos to be blank?

using this table which seems to be taf_l7 compatible:

Great !!! Thanks for working hard on it.

It’s working but I have an issue with left candle and the library books. they are portrait, while right candle is landscape orientation. Image attached.

                  Yeas, I’m running 1.44  release already. PinUpPlayer.exe is 1.4.5.4v

All Puppack available here in vpinball.com run perfectly. This is the only one I’ve facing this issue. Popper also runs with no orientetion ploblem.

                  Any other suggestion ?

nice pack.  suggestion,  its always best to run all your media through one of the ffmpeg batches to help with sizes of media files.

your media looks great, but its like 13-15mb bitrate.  I tried and ran it through my batch and it got the size from 1.3gb to 140 mb with no real noticeable difference (same resolution and fps)

it will also help with performance if media isn’t as ‘high-end’ bit rate.

nice job on the PupPack,  media are great clips.

Nailbuster could you share what values you put in the .bat file to get the pup pack so small?

put this batch file in puppack root along with ffmpeg.exe and that try it out.  (result will be in your c:\pup_resize).

Great job guys, thank you, add a big extra laugh at this alreay great fun table!

here it runs fine but it might depend on the system’s specs as files are rather big.

Thanks Nailbuster…you are right looks exactly the same at 150 mb! For those running this make sure you copy over your pup overlay, pup capture and 3.pup files from original pup pack as only video folders are obviously converted and sent to pup_resize

the proper way is to take the pup_resize folder and copy/paste/overwrite into the original folder as that will keep all files and non-mp4 files (pngs/pup files)…etc

This is beautifully done. Thank you. Not typically a huge fan of pup packs as I have to usually do a lot of changes to make them work right. Not this one. It matches the theme of the machine well. Often an intangible which is  difficult to get right.

If I want the final results to be about 300MB what in the file do I change to accomplish that?

I did some Google searching and if I lower The CRF to 19 the puppack is about 300MB But Is there anything else that needs to be changed

For games like stranger things which is that huge pupback —  2-1/2 gigabyte or more is there something we can use for the .mov files
