Open the game in the Editor at the top go to table, then sound Manager
Then click on the sound and on the right click toggle BG out
If you make a mistake do it again
When you are done click OK, Then go to file, then save

I have a pip2dmd,  UltraDMD works fine but not with this table,  The score appears on the backglass,

 

I have tried usePUPDMDDriver=true   but errors when it runs

Pretend that someone left quarters in the machine already and see if that works. Never underestimate the power of imagination.

(But seriously, try clicking on the playfield before inserting a coin or alt+tab to playfield so it gets focus. Also I’m assuming the key is mapped as ‘5’ for you or if you re-mapped it to something else you’ve confirmed it works on several other VPX tables without issue and that it’s an issue with this table you’re working through.)

So I have this table going and UltraDMD appears instead of the PUPDMD.  Also all the sounds come from my exciters.  Do we really need to go into sound manager and change them over to the backglass by hitting “toggle BG”?

@outhere thanks for the response.  What is the DMD supposed to look like a typical DMD like UltraDMD or the PuPDMD like Terry’s PinEvent tables?  When I disable UltraDMD in the script and set use PupDMD to true it looks horrible and blurry.  I must be doing something wrong.  Cheers!

agree with Lom87, i tried tp comment out the error, but still get it for FPVPX.vbs. whats the fix for this?

Any idea why I get a blank Visual Pinball window on the backglass after about 10 seconds from initializing the game?

Did these suggestions you mention ever get implemented ? Same date of post and table, so, I just wonder. If not, only script changes maybe ?

I’m working with Hawkeyes (JohnM) on a new fullpup/table release (new dmd/realdmd stuff as well).

Hopefully in next couple of weeks will be released.
