Looking for a photoshop/gimp gifted TWD fascinated pinballer:

This table really could you use a highres updated playfield image, the current one is 1024×2048 and a bit blurry. Today I found this site:

It has really higres images, which you could base a new playfield image on, especially this one:

Dozer has requested that I make a model for the ‘bicycle girl’ toy found on the LE version of TWD, below is my progress.

I just have to finish texturing, clean up the sculpt a bit then I will make a low poly optimised mesh and use projection mapping to generate a normal bump map based off the high poly sculpt.  I would have had this done already but I’ve been kind of busy, so now I expect to have it ready for dozer in a couple days.

Not that there is anything wrong with randr’s well walker model but I would like to model this as well since it could greatly benefit from the method I’ve been using lately to generate normal map details on low poly mesh’s.  I have good resources for the Well Walker and it’s the type of ‘character’ model I really love to do.

Speaking of resources, the resources on the bicycle girl are thin, there’s only one half decent picture which is kinda low res.  I’m using that pic to do the texturing and that’s why none of my screen shots are zoomed up at all.   One thing that may delay me finishing this model slightly is the hair, low poly hair is a real pain but I think I got a plan for this.

I have only played the pro table, but here’s a video about the limited edition.  It looks like the bicycle girl is just the face under the ramp.

On a side note… they really did add a good bit of physical changes in this table’s limited edition… not just lighting and rules… pretty cool.
