Looks like you have an older VP10.6 version without the “disable lighting” feature for the PF mesh. Try the latest!

July 17, 2019 at 2:09 pm #137334I installed 10.6 Beta rev3746 and now I can see the play field. Â I would never have thought of upgrading the latest beta. Â Thank you so much.

Also the look and behavior of the banana flippers is awesome. – Is there anything you guys can not get to work at all?Â
Last but not least, I really like the mechanical sounds on this table!

July 21, 2019 at 6:17 am #138003See if this helps…
Try changing in table script Line 34 from this…
Const UseSolenoids=2
To this…
Const UseSolenoids=1
Hope this helps you.
Great table Bord!!

July 27, 2019 at 7:19 pm #139227Solendoid = 1 was the fix – Thanks Bord! Strange that this has to be changed for just 1 table. Enjoying the VPX version’s physics very much.

April 22, 2020 at 2:40 pm #174653It doesn’t appear that .Hidden = 1 has any effect on this table. I still get the score displays on my DMD monitor. Is there a workaround that I can try to add to the script?

If anyone else runs into this, I was able to fix it by going into the VPinMAME settings for the table (F1 after launch) and unchecked the “Use External DMD (.dll)” checkbox. I use Freezy’s dmd-extensions for some of my tables and ‘enabled’ is the default for my VPinMAME settings.
Thanks for this fantastic table!

Weird – – I settled on this table last night and had some of my best games yet. Fun story, for another time, about the history I have with this table and how trying to remember it’s name led me to discover virtual pinball.

January 12, 2021 at 12:47 pm #219281Cool! Glad to see this got finished. I can’t even count how many hours I had into that table between doing the FP and VP9 versions. I’ve ignored my vpin for way too many months so just checking back to get things up to date.
