I prefer the stretched look that fills my 16:9 monitor. how do i make that happen?

I wanted a backglass thar have the correct aspect ratio for my backglass monitor.

To get the picture fill the 16:9 I had to make black bars on the sides as the original translite is 5:4 or something like that.
