Hello I am having an issue where the tables that use ultradmd and pup packs are not displaying the videos on the backglass. I am getting videos on the tiny screen on the playfield. I am not sure if I have a setting that is incorrect as all my other pup packs work fine. This was happening with the jaws table but now I tried the masters of the universe table and same thing……both use the ultradmd. I would appreciate any advice as I have no clue on where to go with this.
