Since all my Real Pins and my VP are in storage, I was having withdrawals, so I grabbed a bunch of spare hardware I had laying around and am making a Mini-Pin with a 22″ playfield, a 11″ back glass and 7″ dmd.
Got it all setup with VPX 10.5, (latest non beta), and Freezy’s DLL 1.7. then installed PuP 1.3.6 and could not get PuP to work. Reverted back to 1.2 PuP and worked like a charm, but 1.2 is missing a few key things. So doublechecked that everything was working and installed 1.3.6 again, and videos just won’t show up to the party. Using what I consider one of the simplest PuP packs for AFM.
Any ideas? log file is created but says:

Well I feel stupid . Even though I unchecked the Pinup menu for install, seems it still installed pinupsystem in the root of the drive, but I was still working with the PinupPlayer in the Visual Pinball directory.
That also explains why I had to setup the screens again. Anyhow, moved the pupvideo folder and everything is right in the world again.
