Unable to login with my login and password. Keep getting and error saying account error.  But I can login at the website

V1.06 should be live shortly (within hour)please try the new version and let me know if issue is fixed

@m0riarty i have iphone and can login fine…. Are you a new user of the app like just in last day or 2? Or has it always worked for you in past but just stopped in last 2 days?

My dev/production/distribution certificates and push certificates expire January 2020 so for last 4 days I’ve been struggling to create new ones and honestly may have broke some things in app! Still fighting this tonight but will figure it out eventually. Let me know if you can login or cannot login here in thread. Thanks guys.

No trouble logging in for me on android. I log in like 5 times a day.

I encounter the same problem on android.
since a recent phone change (same model) I can not log in anymore.

First it says “you must verify the log in” then I click the link to the VPinball website and log in via browser.
After that I go back to the app and try to log in there, and it says: “log in not valid”

Then every time I try to log in (app), I get an email with “Login verification required”. When I try that, it is the same like above.
It’s like an endless loop.

I downloaded the latest update from today.

Removed recaptcha from web login maybe it was conflicting with app somehow? please let me know if it works now?

Ah shucks thanks…. not going to lie but was getting a bit concerned as the site gets more complex all the time and the app just adds to complexity! But I really do enjoy the problem solving probably more then anything when it comes to site maintenance ??

Well didn’t take long for spam to get through after i disabled recaptcha! Sorry if you got spam PM today.

@mark70 I re enabled reCaptcha but changed some settings so please try logging out of app and log back in and let me know if you can. I disabled just for login but left enabled for EVERYTHING else including registration, forums or any other page with a form you can fill out.

AGAIN sorry if you got spam pm today but it happens and obviously spam so dont email guy back about money in bank under your name :)

Just FYI i am working on app so login for main app wont work, IOS push notifications are currently not working but Android should still be fine. Will be a few days before i can push update to apples app store to fix certificates for push notifications.

Still working on app issues so push notifications are down still and app login will not work for most people. May take me a few days to fix just FYI.

If ANYONE is getting push’s let me know but i dont think anyone is right now!
