I have a question… so with CV coming out for use with 10.1 should I be switching over my VP10 to the 10.1? Is there any issues with this with backwards compatibility? I have seen talk of running the 10.1 separate from 10 for newer tables, not sure pro and cons of upgrade versus separate exe’s.

Glad to know I’m not the only one who was wondering about this issue. I setup 10.1 and tested the tables I was using on 10.0. I have not noticed a difference in using the 10.1 for those tables but I have not gone through and setup pinballx to use the 10.1 exe for those tables as I was not completely confident. So for now I am running the separate exes, mainly the 10.1 for the new Cirqus Voltaire. Thanks for any clarification.

There seems to be a new beta available (rev2620).  Any plans to add this to the download here? I can’t grab it from the other site, as the downloads are so slooooooow that the file ends up “invalid” :(

i wonder, atm. all is ok with VPF ( ok sometimes it isnt )

Latest update didn’t go well for me. Had some tables take at least a minute to open. I’ve reverted back and everything is fine.
Will be interested to see if others have any issues.
EDIT: Spoke too soon… even after reverting back I have tables that always opened fine now taking forever. Something else is going on here :(
