Williams/Bally Widebody Scratch Build Questions

I’m putting together a shopping list of the parts I will need for the build and need some guidance, so I’ll post questions here as I stumble..

Hardware to attach the Siderails..
Looks like they have two square holes for carriage bolts.
Are they just 1/4-20 X 1 1/4″ with a nut & washer inside the cab?
Will they end up hidden under the Lockdown Bar & the Backbox Hinge?

Would normal, clear, tempered, 3/16″ glass be fine? I thought I read somewhere about getting a tint or something for vpin.
Any US suppliers for the glass online you used and were happy with?

I oddly found a place that was selling through Walmart’s website for my glass.  As it turned out, they were local.  Holland Computers.  At the time they had the best pricing, even with shipping. I had contacted a glass place also near me thinking it would be cheaper to have them cut a piece of tempered glass but when the owner heard the price Holland was selling them for he said jump on it.  Have fun with build…and post pics!

Oh!…I was too lazy to drive cross town so had it shipped.  Prompt, no problems and even has the cool lettering in the one corner.

Yeah, I’m lazy too, amazon has ruined us all.

One place local to me, hour round trip. They said it would need to be special order, take a week & I would need to pay in advance, in person. So two trips, lol.

I envy you guys that live locally. Had to order all my parts by air at a premium… mostly from Marco. I went all in on Williams authentic parts, however you could cheat here and there if required.
