windows site ..

Probably dont need it but its bugging me that I cant find it (again).. It was a site other then MS that you could download the patches and such. Something like windoze-updates .. perhaps I am dreaming or something.. Anyone recall a site like that?

My cabinet is like a year behind in updates and when I go thru the ms update it gets in a funky state and often wont restart – have to roll back. A bit scary
