Want to keep a thread with latest info on the Avatar PinUP Player ‘mod’.
The good news is that xkane47 has offered his graphics/video/editing work to help get the table completed sooner.
We will be attempting to do this 100% without table script mods. So PupB2S only (with a twist ; ) … but no vpx mod should be necessary (well that’s our plan today)

Hey guys, I just wanted to introduce myself, I am new to virtual pinball but I have been repairing and restoring real pinball and arcades for 8 years now. I like video editing so I proposed my help and hope we will do a few tables, hope you will enjoy

I installed over 300 tables, mostly vp but some fp,pfx2-3,propinball also. I really loves pinball and I played over 200 real tables so I wanted a ”complete” collection

I put a home theater 5.1 in, maybe a little overkill lol, unfortunatly we don’t see well the marquee on a picture when it is lit

Add an Oculus Rift… and SimVibe to that sweet rig….you won’t be able to live without it! I know I can’t!

build everything from scratch, bought some cheap car parts, put a surround sound system with shaker, +\- 40 games. When i will have time, i going to do better graphics for the sides

Amazing Race Cab
I also want to build one (or two for 2-Player), next Year, for Sega Rally, Daytona, and more …A Hang-On Machine (based on MAME) would be cool too.

This is a great example of how a PuPB2S could completely replace a directb2s if you don’t really want “flashing lights” on your backglass. With PuP videos it can be really busy as is…so why not have a nice looping video instead of a still pic or B2S?

We are almost done, I tried to be flexible made few different version, a two screen version (backglass and topper), a one screen version( backglass only), both in either full screen or jersey jack style backglass. I made 2 animations myself for the first time

I’ve been working through getting a lot of Aliens on FX3 done, and it has a similar look to what you have done here.
