June 25, 2018 at 8:20 pm #89770Still working on wiring harness and I ran out of wire! 1200 feet used so far and only got 2 machines wired up. Wire is not cheap either not to mention all the header connectors, molex connectors, bulb sockets, spade connectors, shrink tube and solder! Feeling a bit overwhelmed but will get these done very soon

June 26, 2018 at 9:04 pm #89853Very burnt out on the wiring I’m not going to lie. I think I discovered a way to cheat in the game as I’m wiring the playfields I’ve noticed holes 1-2-3 are same as 8-9-10 now I have not got anything working but I can only assume if I’m wiring correctly as manual shows you could actually score hole 8 by just getting it in hole 1 same for 9 is hole 2 and 10 is hole 3. Again I have no idea as this wiring is turning my head upside down.
Anyone know if this is actually true?

June 27, 2018 at 5:30 am #89886June 27, 2018 at 8:06 am #89893@aldiode I assume you could test by dropping a ball in the number 8 hole instead of the number 1 hole. Now maybe something in game logic stops this so if that don’t “work” then try number 1 hole instead of number 8 but after wiring 3 machines those holes are the same so again maybe game logic just knows the timing and you can’t fake it? i am not sure but looking forward to the test.

June 27, 2018 at 1:49 pm #89919are those holes easier to get to than the other ones? If not, what’s the cheat?

sure…
if you get to hole 8 you could just put it in #1 hole and would count…same with 9 and 10 same as 2,3 now like I said maybe game logic knows somehow but the switches are same 1,2,3 is 8,9,10 and why would it be that way?

June 27, 2018 at 5:14 pm #89935I don’t have a wiring diagram, but what do you mean switches are the same? there’s only one switch that they both use, or two switches wired to the same spot, no other switches in between it would also trigger???

June 27, 2018 at 5:23 pm #89936ok, found a manual, and the wiring diagram looks like a switch matrix where there are seperate returns for 8,9,10 than for 1,2,3 so it should not be the same.

June 27, 2018 at 6:12 pm #89940Yeah I was not thinking clearly but your right 8-9-10 don’t share the same commons as 1-2-3 so they are different! Like I said I’m burnt out and was thinking last night wtf how can this be! So my thinking was 1/2 possible lol
