Well crap! It’s late and first coat not dry enough to sand yet so will have to waste another day at least.
i have a grand opening of a store tomorrow night so may not even get to it until Thursday night.Â

Nothing to exciting but can show the 2nd coat of clearÂ
still wet will sand when dry and add a third then on to the black! Color may not be 100% like original but looks like 1983 to me********************************************************

 Ohh man, that’s 80’s indeed, and what a GREAT project, i just love these builds.Curious about the CNC though, if that machine is going to deliver top notch milled quality this is going to be stellar !

I don’t have the CNC yet so may just make the first playfield by hand i can cut and drill holes not a problem! but i was hoping to make a few for others or maybe for restoring real ICB’s playfield’s so really the CNC purchase would just make it easier. I hope it ships soon i’m really looking forward to testing it out

Well another small update…
painted the cab parts black not sure if I like the result may need to sand the black and repaint to help hide the wood grain but is normal for arcade cabinet I suppose. As soon as the black is dry I will haul it to house(160 feet away) and apply graphics and t-molding when it’s in basement. Oh and I will add the arcade feet to pedestal before I bring it up.
anyways here is updated photo of progress! Cab is really done so control panel building is next while I still wait for my cnc
