Alright John, Give this one a try. I can see all the letters on mine now when I set it to two screen.

I tried the suggested glass and this time I get nothing displayed on the backglass displays….completely blank displays. I went back to the original BG as all that I was missing was the number for the ball in play. The scores and other info seemed to display correctly.
Are you using two screen or three screen setup? The one I posted is or a 3 screen cab. If you are using a 2 screen it will be blank unless you download a 2 screen backglass. I might be able to correct the 2 screen version of you want to give it a try. It just needs another digit column added to the LED display.

John,
Right above you last post, I posted an updated b2s. See if it works for you.

Here is a 3 screen b2s version for those that were having problems with the LEDs not showing. It is the exact same as what Haunt created but I moved the LED’s to the 3rd screen.
Edit: Oops, forgot about the cellar lights. Corrected now.
Edit 2 – Oops again. corrected LED numbers .. Hopefully last edit needed.

This table keeps getting better and better nice work team.
A few bugs I noticed while playing this morning.
– lock doesn’t always lock. kicks it right back out sometimes and locks sometimes. And every once in a while it will stop at the ball 3 lock and get kicked out also.
– Had a ball jump off the skyway ramp while going at high speed (This was the third loop around this ramp so it had some good speed going) pic attached.
Other than those two little bugs, this table is great.

October 12, 2016 at 6:27 am in reply to: Red and Ted´s Road Show (Williams)(1994)(Knorr-ClarkKent)(VP10.2) #38568Hey Jarrod… do you have build 2798 of the VPX 10.2 beta?
i used the above build but still get the dof error when i use any of the flippers…. any suggestion?
Make sure you copied the scripts from 2798 to the scripts folder and if you have scripts in your tables folder copy them there also or delete them from there, either way. I found out I have to have mine both places for VPX to be happy.

This is great!! I never really enjoyed the vp9 version because I couldn’t tell what was going on. Everything was all jumbled together seemed like. I have never seen the real table so I had no clue. But this is version is fantastic. I can at least tell what the hell is going on now. Thanks bodydump!

FYI the beta vpm causes new le lights not to function if you enable b2s. Otherwise plays perfect
Ok, Thought I was losing my mind. Was trying to figure out what I screwed up from the table working perfectly on my laptop then moving to the cab and no lights. Thanks for the info Randr. Thanks Fren for the table love your Star Trek work!

Glad you got your balls all worked out. I switched from and core 2 duo, GTX650 to an i5, GTX750 ti and the difference was astounding. I can crank everything up full blast and no ball stutter what so ever.

I think sound vibes like this is something that everyone should run, even those with DOF, because there is no way that DOF solenoids and shakers etc can replicate all the sounds that come from the table. I’m sure true DOF is awesome! and I would need to play a cab with it, but I’m pretty sure I would miss not feeling the little things. When you think about… sound is vibration and when you feel the vibration that is generated from a sound, it actually feels like it sounds (if you get what I mean) As for FX2… I dunno about the sound, but all you would be doing is having sounds of ramps…. more ramps ….more ramps ….oh look>>> more bloody ramps! lol
Yah you can even feel the rolling ball, ramps and anytime the ball hits a rubber post. Just fantastic. and about fx2.. yep lots o ramps and combos

Im doing kinda the same thing except I found an old set of IBM speakers and disassembled them. Mounted one on the left and one on the right just below the flipper buttons. facing out, with a wood spacer that directs the sounds up toward the lock down bar. They work fantastic as force feedback and table sounds. Absolutely love it. you can feel everything as long as the sounds on the tables are setup correctly. I have had to change a few table sounds to get a better effect but still. WOW. I played a FX2 table and was board very quickly, like you said. Is there a way to separate sounds on fx2? Not real important though. I don’t play those much at all. Now my 4 year old loves the star wars fx2 tables.
