Same as Bonz up there. I remove the vp9 or PH5 table if a VPX version exists. Though I do still play some of the vp9 tables. .Some of them are still very good or I like the game.

uumm…. NGG I can for sure tell you is pretty much done….. but BD is a perfectionist so i’m sure he wants more things tweaked but yeah there are many vp10beta tables that were started and never finished… one being Junk Yard, I’ve modded the shit out of the beta and these are all still out there for the taking… so get out there and start TAKING!!! ;)

But here is the sucky part…. it just doesn’t have a good black in unused portions of the screen. It’s not bad from the players POV, but off to the side and it’s more a dark grey.
Woot! Not sucky anymore :) While trying to figure out a screen capture issue with PBX, I stumbled across a setting in my NVIDIA… ‘Limit Dynamic Range’ – This had set the monitor blacks at a minimum of 16 (ie dark grey). So unchecking this option allows the full 0-255 scale to be used and my blacks are now black…. so black, they are like ‘looking up a cow’s bum at midnight’ black!

Hey Rusty, Can you go a little more in depth on how you got your blacks black.. i found the limit dynamic range check box and unchecked it but not sure where to adjust the blacks, and is that all you adjusted? are you adjusting in nvidia settings or monitor settings? My backglass seems blue looking from the left side but straight on is fine. If I have just black screens up they are not all black like yours.
Oh an love the idea of adding a topper screen for flashers if that is even possible.

That error is because you do not have the most recent script files from the VPX beta, or you have multiple copies of the script files. also, After a quick double-check I have found a couple primitives that somehow got set to collidable that should not have been, but changing them didn’t change the FPS for me. -Mike
Well crap. That was it. I didn’t copy the scripts to my tables folder. Thanks Mike!

For some reason I keep getting this error when trying to use the flippers – Line 312 variable is undefined – ‘DOFFlippers’. This is on a pc that I use at work. forcedisableb2s is a 1 and have disabled b2s in the options menu. What am I missing?

Click a blank spot outside the table, while in the editor. Then in options to the left you have the ability to adjust the Slope min, max in the dimensions and slope header and then the gravity in the physics header.

You know… My first job as R&R computers was installing links386 with vesa drivers in dos for a couple ceo’s back many years ago. Then doom through lan game play, as a matter of fact half my accounts back then installed bnc network just to play doom and share/print stuff was a bonus. Lmao! I miss those days
Played a whole lot of both of these back in the day. Also a lot of Gorf and Pole Position on the C64.

I agree with most here. I won’t download any new vp9’s strictly VPX from here on. But I have been playing some of my VP9’s here lately. Forgot how fun some of them are. Lethal Weapon 3 is one of them.I would love to make a VPX version but I know I could never do it justice compared to some of the other recent releases.
