randr your a beast im super stoked that your taking on this project i’ve always wanted to get to actually play this work of art, before all my shit got stolen a couple years back this was one of the few FP tables that really got my attention and left me starving and wanting to play for real after i decided suffering the FP physics long enough to try a bazillion gigs of unplayed FP tables was worth it thanks to BAMVR and the occulus cv1 creating such an absolutely amazing virtual pinball experience that after achieveing top 5 scores on the small but amazing PinFX2VR catalogue as well as the Zaccaria Tables in VR i was left starving for more which is when those gigs and gigs of FP tables i downloaded would finally get some attention and I was astounded by the quality of the games these table authors were producing despite the gameplay not living up to the amazing designs and rulesets because of the wonky physics capabilities of the newton engine, while its seems that many who dont play much real pinball find these amazing games to be easily and very much playable, i couldnt wrap my head around the wonky ball movement and moon physics scatter off the flippers and the endless frustration of trying to aim i sadly gave up on some fuckin amazing games by some amazing teams of authors, the authors original titles that were getting released for FP were literally the “future of pinball” as we saw games with RGB lighting and full motion video score boards years before WOZ or BM66 set both of those features as the industry standard for pinball manufacturers new and old revitalizing the game with a much needed update that has indeed given pinball an exciting new look and feel that appeals to contemporary players whether its nerds like myself who restore and sell machines and work pinball tech jobs and play in tournaments and all this type of nerdgasm dorkshit. Or casual players and hobbyists that just play a few games here and there , pinball has still managed to retain its unique ability to provide players of any skill level a fun and satisfying gaming experience, everyone loves pinball whether they know it or not, how many times does a new player walk away from their first pinball session thinking “i hated that shit what the fuck?” nobody ever says that, even if they dont so much as win a replay and they get slaughtered and become convinced that there is an intricate electromagnetic cheating mechanism that causes the ball to drain down the middle and that these games are rigged to fuck over the player…..they still desire a higher score they still want to play again…..what the fuck kinda evil psychological genius shit is this…..anyway i’m obviously excited as it seems i’ve devoted one of my 3-4 yearly posts to the WIP of the VPX version of Three Motherfuckin Angels. I’m happy to beta test if your so inclined to shoot it over!

arrrrrg 17 minutes of getting to play on my cabinet for the first time in 4 months already down the drain searching for vpinmame 3 on vpu…. effffit goint to play what I got if you have a link for the newest vpm that would be badass! the amount of VPX content that has been posted on here in the last 3-4 months is as awesome as the quality of the work. I cant believe how amazingly photosrealistic these tables are now…thank you to all the authors that have been getting together and making some amazing recreations theres a few of you working together that are like the VPX dream team!!

jp doesnt host any of his work there on his wife’s domain it all just links back to vpf lol, “fulltilt” took time out of his morning and sent me a dropbox link with both of those tables and the b2’s and media, that was awesome and i cant thank him enough, that right there is what makes this such a great community to be a part of and why vpinball will always be my homepage.

right on richard this just made my day buddy i was really hoping you were going to do this im super pumped thank you, one step closer to never using vp9 again now! I hate bugging you guys to make certain games but damn i was close to asking for this one, thank you for helping me not be that asshole begging authors to remake shit i want too play cause im too fawkin lazy to do it myself!! Oh and by the way i downloaded the “stern pin arcade on ps4” on top of it being in 1080 their stle doesnt have a flasher in the ship when you hit the center shot and there is no lights up the inside walls and they apparently couldnt figure out how to setup the apron lights either because theirs never do anything altho the inserts are visible. the graphics are very aliased and jaggety, their is no brightness adjustments for lights or enviroment and it feels alittle laggy, your stle pwns farsighted’s and dozers mustang is also alot better than theirs which like star trek also suffers in the area of everything important. hey buddy i still cant dl off of vpforums but im moving again in a couple weeks and there is regular old comcast available in that area so my problem will be solved, until then im entertaining myself playing all the FP tables on my oculus rift with bamvrcade openvr and it really is amazing. its such eye candy i am actually able to enjoy myself despite the physics, i really need the current Direct output framework VBS and was hoping you could upload it here or share a dropbox with it that would be awesome and ill keep voting vpinabll #1 NOT 3 as had been so brashly suggested by people who get the freedom to download anywhere they want. lol

thanks buddy im going to call them tomorrow cause this service makes me crazy there has to be a better option. I wonder what they will charge me for the other 9 months that was part of the crap i signed, these guys are rotten, i’ll probably be stuck paying on this one too but i dont even care at this point, i have a decently clear shot from here to mt spokane hopefully i can see the side the tower is on! i appreciate the info man thank you, also i know for a fact the problem is hughes.net because i signed on thru a friends at&t 4g today and was able to start dl’s no problem so altho its kinda pricy i may just get a new phone with 4g hotspot which i havent done because up until i today i hadnt found a service who’s 4g works out here. I feel better now tho i feel like im getting somewhere and have a couple of options…e

Ball is getteing stuck once in awhile on the right side where the two habitrails overlap after you hit the crane shot the VUK will fire the ball up and when its supposed to roll down from habitrail to habitrail instead of returning to right inlane it gets stuck between the wireforms and is impossible to nudge free. only happens maybe 1/10 times but you can see a short hangup at that spot even when it does return properly. Great table tho one of my favs was playing it at a local bar the other nite and this is a very good recreation!

Thanks for sharing that dropbox and yes I’m up by elk now a go0d 35-40 minutes north of spokane on HWY 2, the only provider up here is Hughes.net and its pretty bad, not only can i not download from about 50% of the sites i try I subscribed to the basic package which is still almost 80 bucks a month on top of the 250$ dish installation and modem to get a whopping 900kb a second download rate according to the speakeasy.net speed test, its also like a cellular company, for my 80 bucks a month i get 10 gigs anytime data and 50 gigs in what they call the download zone which is 2am-8am, i call that shit baggery and they totally get away with it because any 4g coverage is shotty at best and neither xfinity or century link reach out here, it was actually century link that referred me to these guys which was my first clue of how awesome their service was gonna be LoL /end rant. sorry i stress about it alittle it sucks not being able to download as i please, im not used to that, i shoulda stayed in 9mile lol.

well I still havent had any luck resolving this issue. I’ve checked all my firewall settings and am even using googles public dns to no avail, what i honestly think it is in which case im just shit out of luck unless someone shares a dropbox is that depending on what site im trying to download from the connection to the server is either more or less tolerant of the latency of my shitty internet and the connection to the server is constantly reset….I cant think of anything else, so if anyone can help me with a dropbox so i can at least get the last few months of VPX content from VPF that would be great as i havent got to try JP’s pokemon or javier’s last action hero to name a couple, mfugemann was awesome and linked me direct to junkyard the other day…please help me! anybody!

And i would like to retract my statement about noah not being helpful he followed up on my questions, i was frustrated and and kinda loc’d out about it and that was pretty lame of me to say anything negative, noah has never been anything but polite and its a dick move on my part to say anything less. my apologies.

oh and i went and checked mediafire is the file host that just reloads the page the download is on and never starts it, if i try to use the right click save as i get some worthless file thats 148 kb everytime.

and i get that on every single file its not just one here and there, where as VPU just kind of loops and never downloads after the timer runs out and then some file hosts sites dont work either, like whatever one it is that slamtilt has his fp content on when linking from his pinball emporium page from, pinsimdb downloads work fine as does this site, i dont get it.

lol your tellin me, its killing me, ive tried ie explorer and google chrome alike, ive even tried downloading on a macbook pro using safari and the error i get at vpf is :
