The art show is free to the public and can be seen from August 18th – November 6th Tuesday – Sunday when the museum is open.

The Pinball Histogram  is a beautiful 3 foot by 40 foot continuous banner displaying significant advances after the flipper was introduced. International and Domestic pinball machines are represented which offers some surprising details and affords a look at some that you may never have seen before. Starting in 1950 the writer, collector and pinball aficionado, Marco Rossignoli, takes us on a colorful journey behind the scenes  of pinball development and design to see where many of these innovations originated. The banner was 23 separate files that were stitched together by Eric Kos and printed onto one seamless roll by Monty at Red Tie Printing in collaboration with SpeedPro Imaging. This is the first time displayed in this hemisphere!

Examine Marco’s extensive historical research that details the progression of pinball over the decades. Full-color photos of of machines from the 1950s through 2005 includes contemporary pinball machines shown along with sales flyers, info on the artists, engineers and companies that made pinball what it is today.

Just another reason to come on down to the Pacific Pinball Museum, to play, learn and visit while having fun with friends and family!
