I can’t thank you enough for this one. It looks and plays fantastic!
After having this machine as my daily player for a while, I have been missing it greatly but now I am happy to be locked inside while the world outside turns to poo. …happy about the being locked inside, not the world turning to poo part ;)
DOF and SSF work well together, as SSF fills in the blanks that contactors etc cannot provide. Personally (and full disclosure…. I could be a little bias here as my cab is the original development cab for SSF) I would add SSF first and then add the DOF toys that SSF can’t provide later. It will make for a cheaper build and less ongoing…[Read more]
This seems like such a huge upgrade!!!! i just ordered 4 Exciters on Ebay. I am a bit confused about the Amps! do we need 3 total? on the diagram 2 says 2.0 and the other one says 2.1 . Would i bee good with 3 of these
SSF can be installed a number of ways, so the method you pick determines the amps required. The basic setups are….

I’d be happy to break even in a few years as I have had a fantabulous machine for that period, but I don’t want to…[Read more]
Urggh! I was so close to buying the “like new” Williams Star Light that we have on display in our art gallery yesterday.
The owner has four restored machines for sale at the moment (inc. a Black Night 2000 that tempted me) but Star Light is one of just a 100 build and it’s believed that there are only 40 left world wide. With the bank’s s…[Read more]

“It has extremely low input lag which is excellent for gamers but the response time is only decent so some blur is visible behind fast moving objects. When viewed at an angle the image also loses accuracy, so the best…[Read more]
I may have left my run a bit late to upgrade to 4k, as it seems that 40inch 4k are as rare as rocking horse shit these days.
I know I could squeeze a 43inch in my cab, but I would need to route about 8mm out of each of my 18mm side panels and that is a job that I would really like to avoid if I could. So I’m going to have a look for second hand…[Read more]
