UltraDMD Stopped Working

I am trying to get Ultradmd to run on a Windows 7 computer. I have installed .net Framework 2.0
Installed XDMD Beta .2
replaced the xdmd.dll with the .3 preview
downloaded the latest UltraDMD.exe
Unblocked all of the files in the release folder
Unfortunately when I run Ultradmd I immediately get the error UltraDMD has stopped working. I have hit a wall on this one and was hoping top see if anyone else had this problem

Always seems related to directory of demo and exe with those files. Did you try the vp all in one install? I thought that included ultradmd now?

I was worried about trying the all in one install on a computer that had VP already installed. I wasn’t sure if it would mess up anything. Maybe I am overthinking this one?

All just an update…using the full installer fixed the issue with ultradmd. It didn’t appear to affect anything negatively on the old install. I backed up all of my stuff just in case but all seems to be working well. I can now run AMH and it looks awesome!! However I am unable to hear any sounds even though I have copied and pasted the music files into the visualpinball\music folder so I am 90 percent of the way there. Any suggestions?

I think I found my first issue when installing from the VPX full install. I am receiving a “game name not found error on all late stern titles such as metallica, indiana jones and star trek pro. I have ensured that I have the correct roms and the latest sam.vbs and controller.vbs file. Anyone know what could cause this

Thanks again RandR for all of your support. I found out when running both Legend of Zelda and AMH I get really bad lag when hitting targets. This only started happening with Legend of Zelda when I added Ultradmd support so I am wondering if this is the cause. Has anyone else ran into this type of behavior from Ultradmd?

That is odd. though running ultradmd does add some load no doubt! you running dof? whats your system specs? 3 monitors? pindmd? pc specs?
