hello, no videos can’t run only  batlogo on dmd and bg.

No video is launched, it always stays the same. However everything is well configured (Use External DMD (DLL))
All my other Puppack is working normally

fit is on,

tried with all options

if i go in pup edito “help/test” every event is ok and i can see topper change and video scrolling

please help me
