Not sure if anyone has found a fix to this problem or not, but the same thing happened to me, after hours and hours of playing with it, the only work around I have found is to actually start pinupplayer.exe from in pinupsystem folder, then open Harry Potter and pupplayer works perfectly, I have added pinupplayer for a startup shortcut in my shell:startup. but you only get one shot if you close the table and open it again you will need to reboot your machine. I hope this works for you cause this table is too awesome not to help someone in my situation.
