June 19, 2018 at 1:03 am #88882I found an issue with the PF image… that most might not ever notice, its the PF image not playing nice with the primitive cutouts….
attached is a the PF image fixed… you can replace it if you want, or if you dont care then dont worry about it, it has nothing to do with how the table plays it all visual…big-brave-pf <—-new PF image file
how to use it, unzip image, open image manage in the editor… find and select big brave pf then click “reimport from” fine the image you downloaded

thanks guys, your union makes a good team,
This is another great classic for an awesome collection of VPX tables and what well created it in physics and in image and lighting
big brave has very good memories for me, I’ve spent sacks of coins in the 70`s and now,in 2018 I will spend an eternity of hours in front of my PC screen.Â
only one question: the special does not turn on when you knock down the drop targets and when you turn off the lanes B, I, G,You need to login in order to like this post: click here

June 20, 2018 at 8:11 am #88940If no doubt my favorite pinball, the pinball of my childhood. An uncle of mine who had a company that sold pinballs, gave it to me at the beginning of the 80s, when the EMs were outdated and began to retire. Like Lighthouse, the reason why after so many years continue in this world pinball. Being able to play it after so many years, even virtually, is incredible. Thanks for this version, which is very good, I would dare to say, that the best to date.Â
Lighthouse, fantastic virtual pinball, I also have a scale replica of an Abracadabra pinball. Can you tell me how many inches of monitors you use in yours? The relationship between playfield and backglass, if we remove the part of the speakers, is fantastic. Many thanks

Hi. It is a mini VP, 24 “Playfield 17” Backglass but it is perfect for a corner of the house without clogging. I did it from scratch without experience and it turned out fantastic and perfect play. The cabinet is open from the back for ventilation and simply carries a PC in a mini ITX box . In front it has 2 usb ports perfect for updates .
It is simple, small and at the same time perfect to enjoy this wonderful hobby.
Best regards !

March 7, 2019 at 1:49 pm #117067Hmm.
Is it only me that has a knocker firing on the left bumper
@thalamus my left bumper also fires the knocker. Did you solve that already? thxYou need to login in order to like this post: click here
March 7, 2019 at 2:03 pm #117069I would say so. I just tried the table with the script from repo and no such issues here.
https://raw.githubusercontent.com/sverrewl/vpxtable_scripts/master/Big%20Brave%20(Gottlieb%201974).vbs
Btw. Arngrim is now added to those that have direct write access to the repo.

Thanks @Thalamus!

March 8, 2019 at 7:00 pm #117191I did a very fast check on the table. It might have been the all mighty Arngrim that actually fixed it down the line. Well, who ever, it is at least now fixed and if it doesn’t work for you guys, update dof, and get the the script update ;)
