      Having same issue others have mentioned with sound – checked I had right ROM ran setup and ROM checks ok. I am only hearing a hum but no sound effects mucsic or anything. Deleted NVRAM file to reset but still no luck any ideas?

        I am having the same issue what did you do as temp fix to open those gates? Currently like you have already noted there is no way to Add letter or get the extra ball cause they are not opening up to allow the ball to compete the loop
