I wish I would have tried downloading them one by one. Having them disappear forever was not my goal I thought some smart fella would know what to do to fix the 404 issue.

I love your pup packs, drooling like an alien in anticipation…lol
So I found the problem I was using DMDExt 1.7.0 not 1.7.1  once I got it updated things starting working. I also found out what happened with FX3 settings if you make changes off line they don’t stick at restart.
It still won’t run the Aliens pup-pack from PBX, I’ll try again tomorrow…
I’m slowing getting Popper populated and I did get some of Tarcisio’s stuff loaded today    It looks amazing

I am both embarrassed and mystified, embarrassed that I didn’t re-check the setting in FX3 before posting and mystified as to how they could have reverted back to my old settings.
I’m still struggling with this update, If I try to run without DMDExt as Amin and with the –fx3-legacy tag, it won’t run the pup pack but if I do run DMDExt as Amin and without the legacy tag it runs pup pack in Popper but not in pbx.

After upgrading to Freezy’s DMDExt 1.7 my dmd is doubled and ugly with extra lines and shadows, I have made a 30 sec youtube vid to show what is happening. Does anyone have any ideas how to clean this up?
Please let me know
Thanks

Randr, I was thrown off by the first sentence on the download page,
” Clonezilla Live is a small bootable GNU/Linux distribution for x86/amd64 sys…”
I get what they meant now it was written in Unix not limited to Unix/Linux”my bad”. lol

Thanks for responding,
Drybonz I am trying to get all the boot data and regedit stuff so it will boot up and be configured, not sure how to copy and paste that data. I tried to get the regedit and each file can be copied but not as a whole group and I don’t think I will be able to get everything put back correctly that’s why I think mirroring the drive would be best.
Randr, It look like Clonezilla is just for Unix/Linux and the os I am running is win10
So I am still needing advise.
Thanks
Ken

Terry,
Thank you for responding, I should have looked closer at the pup pack for topper triggering we have been so busy here. Â Now I have a good excuse to really play the game and try to run the Turrets out of ammo to see the topper change.
If you do much more to this pack it will be too scary to play. lol  looking forward to seeing the upgrades you have planned and implemented for this game pack, your work is amazing… Awe inspiring truly.
Am I just chasing my tail trying to get this FX3 PupPack to work from PinballX? or can it been done and I am just missing something?
Please let me know.
Off topic but relevant to us lab rats
I have the cab set up in the laser shop so we can play pinball while the robots are running.  When we run popper and advance through games the sound it makes, is eerily similar to when one of the robots jams and is stripping it gears, needless to say that stops every heart in the lab.
I was going to just pull the sound file out of popper, but I was thinking it might be a good idea for an upgrade, when scrolling more then just a game at a time it mutes.
Thanks
Ken

Hi,
I am having a bit of trouble getting this PupPack to run from PinballX,
I have found that if I change the Parameters to
mirror –source=pinballfx3 -q -d auto –virtual-stay-on-top –virtual-hidegrip –virtual-position x y w -o Pinup\[TABLEFILE]
the Dmd shows up I’m not sure why I have to use “auto” vs “virtual”
So the mirror DMD from dmdext shows up but the pup Pack does not run.
I have re-watched Terry’s install videos. And re-installed the Popper Pack
followed Freezys instructions to the letter for setting up dmdext it is working correctly I have ran the test and the cmd with no errors
I set up FX3 and FX2 with the new dmd size placed at 0,0
I get the mirrored dmd fine when running the game just no videos
What I see when the game is running is the .png image I put in the steam folder for backglass, Topper is blank, the dmd and playfield work fine.
Running the game from Popper most of it works, I have the great videos on backglass, the mirrored DMD works great, the playfield is fine but all I ever get on the topper is the FX3 logo
If anybody has any ideas,
Please let me know
Thanks
Ken

Hello,
I am very excited about this, I tried to build a table last year but try as I might I could not get my graphics compressed enough, I kept getting an error from vpx that my playfield was too large of a file. I had all but given up hope that I could contribute to the collective, then along comes pup packs, and video editing is something I like to do, I have been studying how to set up the triggers for the videos and I thought this might be a way for me to get involved.
I do have a small problem though, to do this I had to modify my cab and add the topper screen, this caused me to move the dmd anyway I have most all the setting adjusted for the new position with the exception of the dmd cover art used on the older tables. I just can remember where or how I originally set them up.
Solved- the images that cover the dmd in the older games are controlled by the B2s. There is a txt file in the tables folder called Screen Res. Adjustments can be made there.
