Can Not get .directb2s to show in the front end

Hi i’m going crazy here trying to figure out how to enable .directb2s to show in pinup front end

the .directb2s show fine in vpx and pinball fx3 but not in the front end

i’m running on windows 10

pinup updated to 1.4.1

in pinup global i’ve set it for var useDOF = true;

today i made sure everything was updated

vlc media player is 2.2.8

visual pinball x beta 10.6

vpinmame 3.2 beta

b2s server 1.3.0.3 then used the custom pinup version and registering it

dmdext 1.7.3

dof r3++ grand unifier installed

doflinx 6.80

ive tried to test it by running doflinx in admin and with out and yet it still dosnt show in pinup

ive even went as far as removing the entry HKEY_classes_root\directoutput.comobject from the registry and then running registerdirectoutputcomobject.exe as admin and that didnt work either

 

does any body have any other ideals that i can try to get the .directb2s to show in the pinup front end ?

i mean i tried pinup menu.exe (not doflinx.exe) with admin and with ot and that didnt show either

i always leave doflinx.exe with admin rights

Popper does not display direct.b2s files…only videos or images.

you can easily run auto-batch record on all your tables to take 10second videos of all your b2s files.  works nicely and is a lot faster for front-end to browse with videos.

Nailbuster thank you so much, thats a fantastic ideal, if my dmd is on the backglass, should i disable that temporarily to record those videos ?

up to you… some may like seeing the dmd on bg in frontend….try either way and see which way you like.
