What are the current minimum system requirements for a PC (processor, graphic card, RAM) for VPX + B 2S on a 2 monitor cab to play VPX smoothly without paying too much for hardware? THX

July 2, 2016 at 7:21 am #32839I run a an Intel Core i3 4160, 4GB of 1600Mhz RAM and AMD R7 260X 2GB DDR5 video card in my cab and 95% of all VPX tables are smoothe and playable. I have a 2 screen setup with UVP and B2s backglasses. I run 32 bit WinXP which could be the limiting factor these days…

July 2, 2016 at 11:20 am #32847My mini cab has a Pentium 3220 (or something like that) an R7-250E video card running 3 monitors and 4gb ram, and windows 10. Runs vpx just fine, but not with the best quality settings, no 4x anti aliasing, etc. I would recommend higher than what I have just to future proof and to allow for higher quality settings. This of course only has a 1080×1920 playfield, you are not going 4k with anything near this.
