Getting feedback noise through exciters

Can anyone give me any ideas as to what might be causing this? I’m getting alot of dirty noise through my exciters. It sounds like a box fan. It gets louder or quieter as I turn my two amps up or down that feed my exciters. It is the worst when the visual pinball app is running but no game loaded, at the edit screen. And the noise stops immediately when I hit escape to exit the application. I appreciate any help I can get, this issue is getting frustrating!
