Last year i build my arcade-desktop from used parts laying around.

During this build i found the section of Virtual Pinball. So i decided to build my own one. Because of what happend this year, it should be not much expensive. I startet to collect parts to build my Virtual Pinball. I got a full HD 32“ TV (playfield) for a crate beer, a 24“ full HD Monitor for 25€, a PC with Xeon 3440, 8GB RAM, 1TB HDD and a Gforce 420 1GB for 45€. I also needed some new Parts, which i bought at Ebay e.g. 2 Arcade Joysicks, Speaker, Glass to protect the Playfield.

I stripped of the case from the TV but no function, because the buttons in the case are missing. They were glued and couldn‘t be removed, so i sawed them out of the case ?.

So i begann to build my own Case. It depends of two parts, one contains the Playfield and „Backglass-Monitor“DFD334BA-31B7-4101-A52E-CA460CC17BB4

And a part where the PC is stored. To get access to the PC you have to remove the Playfield.

Meanwhile i started playing around with the Software. I used VPX and as Frontend i used PinballX.

Last weekend i first installed PuPPlayer, until it was running i had sleepless nights. I did it step by step as NAILBUSTER, told in his youtube video, but the DMD was not shown. Now it works ?.

Yesterday i installed NAILBUSTER‘s Frontend, what a pleasure to see it work.
