how to update pinballx?

buen dia friends :

I have pinballx installed and I want to update to the latest version, but I do not know if it has to be downloaded and installed in the same directory, if so, I know I have to keep the database file, but I’m need know after updating,if I have to add my 508 tables again manually, I need to know before updating,

Updating PBX is as simple as overwriting to the same location as before. You will not loose your database since that is contained inside folders that will not change.

You won’t loose anything just reinstall as already said and your good to go
