Lag on Visual Pinball X

hello everyone.
I’m a very noob in these area. I ve got VPX running on laptop with I7 and Intel hd graphics 3000.
when i run a .vpx table it has a Greta lag on flippers and plunger. The sound is right but i cant play it well.
i think is due to the graphic card. Can I do anything to solve it?

Other thing. When i run .vpt tables in VP9-VP7, there appear various error messages lije  cant read core.vbs, no controller and so on

could someone help me?

where can I find a tutorial to learn everything about Visual Pinball?
